- 2
Set your availability and event types
Define your working hours, buffer time between meetings, and event types — a 15-minute intro call, a 30-minute demo, an executive 1:1 — each with its own duration and rules. Set it once; LeaderCal keeps every future booking inside those boundaries automatically.
- 3
Share your booking link — QR, text, or embed
At your next meeting, expo, conference, or in your email signature, share however fits the moment. Hold up the QR screen. Text the link. Or embed the widget directly on your own site. Whoever receives it picks a time from your real availability and confirms — no app, no login, no back-and-forth on their end.

Meetings book themselves
The moment someone picks a slot, it lands on your calendar and theirs, with a video link auto-generated if the event type calls for one. Executive-tier availability intelligence adjusts what slots you offer based on your real meeting patterns — travel time, focus blocks, how far out you're comfortable booking — so you never have to hand-tune buffer rules event type by event type.

Everything flows into your existing stack
Every booking syncs to Google Calendar or Outlook automatically, and can push into LeaderLeads, Salesforce, HubSpot, and hundreds of other tools via Zapier. The manual re-entry that used to follow every booked meeting is gone.
Questions we hear every time
- Do the people booking with me need an account?
- No. Never. Whoever books your link needs only a browser to pick a time and confirm. No app, no account, no friction on their side. That's intentional — every extra step they have to take is a meeting you lose before it's ever confirmed.
- Can I have different meeting types with different rules?
- Yes — that's what event types are for. A 15-minute intro call, a 30-minute demo, an executive 1:1: each has its own duration, buffer time, and availability window, all sharing the one calendar connection you set up once. Add as many as you need from your dashboard, no separate setup per type.
- What exactly does availability intelligence do?
- Availability intelligence is an Executive-tier feature. It learns your real meeting patterns — travel time between back-to-back calls, your preferred focus blocks, how far out you're comfortable booking — and automatically adjusts which slots it offers, instead of you hand-tuning buffer rules for every event type.
- How does it flow into my CRM?
- Every confirmed booking syncs to Google Calendar or Outlook the moment it's made. If you want it flowing automatically into a CRM, Team and Executive plans include native CRM integrations plus a LeaderLeads connection for reps who also run a digital card. For any other system (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) you can set up a Zapier automation yourself — Zapier handles the transfer once configured, but it is not automatic out of the box.
